No Place Like Home!

Happy Halloween! I created this banner using Graphic 45 the Wizard of Oz paper stack called the Magic of Oz.  I used the 12x12 paper stack and the 8x8 stack to create it.

I also used the loopy punch to go around it. I love this discontinued punch.

There's a block with the whole gang together.

The second block is the Wicked Witch!

Next, is Dorothy! It's fitting that she's the center of the banner.  It all revolves around her.

The incredible Wizard of Oz was pieced together to make an additional block. It seemed he should really be represented.
And rounding out and completing the banner is the scarecrow and tin man.  Don't they just look like the best of buds?

I used tulle between the blocks to assemble it.

I hope you enjoyed my little Halloween project/tutorial and stop by again for the next crafty project.

Big Changes Are Coming!

There are some changes being made to the premium starter kit. For those that want the current kit with valor and peace & calming, I would suggest getting it in the next days. Those two oils will be replaced with the awesome Mel a (tea tree oil) and citrus fresh.

You can be the first to get that kit by ordering after November 15th, according to young living.

For those interested in learning more about this, I can add you to my private group that discusses the young living essential oils.

If you know you want the premium starter kit by 10/31/14, I am offering a free bottle of jade lemon. Plus, you get an entry for the drawing for the golden touch kit.  See the pictures for more details.

I would say that this is an amazing time to order!

Here are the specials for October that expire the end of this month.

Don't miss out on this!

Stop my tomorrow for a crafty paper project! Here's a sneak peek!

See you tomorrow!

Lemon Pepper Chicken

My friend Heather made an amazing chicken!

Recipe:
1/4 cup oil of your choice (used grapeseed oil)
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbs minced garlic
8 drops young living lemon essential oil
1 drop young living black pepper essential oil (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix it all up and paint the bird!

Cut a lemon in half, and put one half in each birds cavity to keep them nice and moist whole cooking, and sliced another lemon to put on top. We love our lemon ;)

You can get the young living lemon essential oil from me for $14.80 plus, tax and shipping. Or the fabulous oil is in the kit. Email me for details.

Ningxia Red

My kids wanted to make some Popsicles so, we broke out the supplies.

Supplies:
Ice cube mold
Popsicle sticks
Young Living Ningxia Red

Place the Popsicle sticks in the holes.

Pour the ningxia red drink into the container.

It's amazingly tasty and look at all the health benefits!

Freeze overnight and serve.

She loves it! And it's a healthy treat but, we don't need to tell them!

You get two sample packets in the premium starter kit or you can purchase the drink separately in pouches or bottles.

To order, email me and I can order it for you or send you my personal sign up link.

Diffuser Bracelet

Diffuser jewelry is all the rage and I decided to make my own. It was pretty painless and not too complicated.

Supplies:
Black suede cord
1 mm leather cord
Bead of your choice
Aleene's jewelry & metal glue
Scissors

First, I threaded the suede cord through the bead and tied a knot.

Second, create a loop on the opposite end big enough that the bead will go through.

Next, you will take a bit of the glue and tightly wrap the cord around the loop to secure it. Repeat on the other end by the bead.

Let the bracelet dry overnight. The next day, add your favorite young living essential oil and enjoy the bracelet.

Peppermint is a great oil for school for memory.
You can order the Young Living essential oils from me by Click here! and I can order it for you or provide my ordering link to get it directly from Young Living. Peppermint 15 ml bottle is $28.29.
