Cricut Imagine!

Here is a video of the New Cricut Imagine demo that I took at CHA yesterday morning.  Matt did an excellent job explaining the machine.  There is a lot of information here but, I will be checking on some more information today.  I hope you enjoy this I can say that it is even better in person!

  2. Thanks for sharing. Wow, that machine seems painfully slow, not to mention - expensive! I do like the images I was able to see though.

  3. thanks for posting this video. Very interesting.
I don't know as I could give up my paper!!!

I wonder how quickly you'd go thru inks and how expensive they would be?

  4. Wow!! Great video! This is actually the first time I've seen it in action! The only thing that concerned me a bit is the amount of time it took to print and cut. Seemed pretty slow compared to the Expression, but then you are printing and cutting! Cool!!! Thank you so very much for showing us the Imagine in action!!!
    Hugs!

  7. Thank you ! Great video and I've been wanting to actually see it in action - this is the only video I found that shows it actually printing and cutting - GREAT !

My only question (which I see you mentioned already) - is can I cut without printing. Sometimes I may want to cut on a piece of colored cardstock but not print anything - I want to know if this machine allows for cutting only?

  8. Yes, you can use it like a regular expression. you can cut only just like an expression. You can print your own full sheets of printed paper. You can print images and cut. You can use any of your cardstock that you would be able to print on an injet printer. So you can use your solid colors or your already existing paper stash! :) There is an area where the mat has to be able to bend so, at this time you cannot use chipboard.

  10. Thank you posting this video. I've been wanting to "SEE" it in action and haven't found any sites with a video yet.

Thanks again! The imagine is impressive but then again, so is the price. =)
