Have you tried going to your local Hobby Lobby if you have one? I used the 40 percent off coupon there to buy packs of them. They have skin tones all in one set. I think they were $29.99 normally. I wanted the skin colors first too.
I use E000,E00 and E02 for skin colors E33,35,37,47 for brown hair color I love YG67 w/ YG61 for grass Must have C00, BG70 or W1 for shadows Hope this helps alittle :)
