Christmas with a Twist Blog Hop!

Welcome to the Blogger TemplatesBlog hop!

You should have arrived here from http://wamfamily.blogspot.com/ CREATIONS WITH KATHRYN.  Haven't the projects been AWESOME!!!  It was a real challenge to make something Christmas related that did not have a Santa, Snowman, Trees or the traditional images!

I made a card using my Community and Gypsy Wandering.  I used a white card as a base and cut out a tag shadow scalloped base in red cardstock from Gypsy Wandering.  The felt snowflake is blinged with a white rhinestone.

I chose some beautiful candy striped red and white ribbon. It reminds me of candy canes.  I cut the gingerbread man out from my Community in a beautiful carmel color using the shadow feature.  I chose the shadow feature so, I could hand stamp his face in black ink.

For the layers feature on the gingerbread man, I cut them out in red but, used the hide contour feature eliminating the buttons.  Instead, I used some yummy cherry brads to use for his buttons.  He is all blinged out wishing "gingerbread & sugared things - enjoy the sweets the season brings" to all he meets.  I love how he is such a happy go lucky gingerbread man and waves so, excited to spread good cheer!

Now for some blog candy!  Craft-e-corner has donated one Cricut A to Z dvd to be given away to one lucky follower!!  I am also personally donating 150 feet (50 yards) of ribbon to get you started on your Christmas creations!
